Moses asks Israel to remember the wilderness before entering a fertile land. Hunger, manna, provision and future abundance belong to one formative story.

Reflect
Remembering the whole way prevents abundance from rewriting the past as personal achievement. Israel was hungry and received what it could not produce.
The wilderness should not be romanticised; it was difficult. Yet dependence taught that life requires more than material control.
The good land is described with water, crops and resources. Gratitude receives these gifts while remaining alert to how prosperity is shared.
Tell a truthful story containing need, help, work and gift. Gratitude grows when none of those parts is erased.
